Seedstock Brewery is a great brewery on west Colfax in Denver. The name Seedstock comes from the farming trade - a term that means saving the best of what you have now for planting tomorrow. I had the opportunity to capture some of their moments and fantastic beers. The atmosphere there is infectious and lends itself to great friends, bluegrass music and most importantly the beer. These guys take such great pride in the beer they brew that each and every one has a personality of it's own and will leave you definitely wanting more.
